Tracy David is the Chief Marketing Officer at ListenFirst, responsible for leading go-to-market strategies and helping drive adoption of social media analytics across markets.

Prior to joining ListenFirst, she was Global Head of Marketing for Dow Jones, where she was responsible for brand strategy for The Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones' suite of B-to-B products and head of audience sales, operations, and marketing for Bloomberg's conference business.

Tracy is a mentor for startup founders and for five years served as an Adjunct Professor of Communications at Columbia University. Tracy has appeared in The Washington Post, Forbes, Variety, WWD and more for her knowledge of social media trends and its application across various industries.

LisaLisa Grant Damico, ListenFirst Director of Strategy--Consumer Brands

Lisa is Director of Strategy at ListenFirst, where she works with consumer brand clients across healthcare, fashion, retail, and CPG.

An expert in social analytics and trends, Lisa has been particularly active with ListenFirst’s healthcare client base, helping clients like UCLA Health and Mount Sinai leverage social data across their organizations.

Prior to ListenFirst, Lisa was a NYC Public High School math teacher for five years, where she aimed to turn algebra and trigonometry concepts into real-world insights.
