Description

Libby Mitchell, Social Media Coordinator at University of Utah Health Care describes best practices she has developed for working with physicians. Focusing on five physicians who went from social media adverse to extremely active online, she shares a training module that includes tactics for:

  • addressing common arguments against using social media,
  • avoiding predictable pitfalls,
  • adapting for personality types, and
  • accommodating medical specialty specific concerns.

Here are Libby's slides.
