Overall, we really like Social Studio, which is where we spend a majority of our time within Salesforce. It’s easy to have multiple team members managing social and we really enjoy being able to code posts as things like “patient experience”. The coding allows us to report on patient perception, PR issues, etc. The number one negative we see is trying to find the comment/post on the actual channel – you can’t simply click on the conversation and have it bring you over to your profile.
