We haven’t jumped into the Snapchat game as a regular platform just yet, but our marketing team is dabbling in geofilters for sponsored events. We have one coming up early next month. I’ll check back in and give a recap on the experience.

I was thinking more of a public crisis impacting the entire community on a local or regional scale, like the first items you mentioned. It’s such a hard thing to plan for, and I’m hoping someone can share some examples of situations they’ve encountered and had a strategy in place that paid off, or an event that triggered additional planning.
Does anyone have a crisis management strategy in place? And are there any instances where you’ve put it to use? Considering how hectic and unpredictable these situations can be, did the strategy help keep things in order?
