I work for Dell Services (yes, we have Services in addition to hardware) in the Healthcare vertical. We work with many Provider customers in the US and while we can’t necessarily secure a hospital onsite visit, we would happily knowledge share about what we are seeing in the Provider space in the US around social media and digital business. I (& many of the social media services delivery folks) are located in Texas and would happily host you in Dallas or Austin post conference OR we could arrange a conference call. Hello Brent—-I’m a few months after the fact, but…)—What services are you using from Meltwater today? We (Dell Services) work with a host of customers who use our Social Media Listening & Insights Services (which would map to what Meltwater Buzz offers). Howdy All—from our POV (Dell Services), nearly all of our customers ask to gather information from review sites such as Yelp. What they do with the information or how effectively they are able to respond would be for them to say, but we certainly hear from many Systems that they’d like that data also.
