This brings up a great topic of negative reviews especially on this platforms (Vitals and Healthgrades). One of my physicians asked me how can help boost his score on this pages since it seems like one negative review can bring it down a whole lot.
Getting on these platforms is quite difficult to make changes to profile, etc.
Does anyone have advice on this as well?
More detail on the start of email series to physicians and patients. 2. Are outside vendors being used for creation of emails, is this a good investment? 3. Frequency more detail maybe on this? 4. Maybe share some examples of emails?

I am the Marketing Manager for an Orthopedic Practice. Since I started I have been trying to implement digital marketing initiatives that I know work as well as trying things that the company never has doe before – which brings me to this topic.
From my knowledge, e newsletters have never been utilized to engage with our patients and stay connected with them.
I am wondering how often e-newsletters should go out? What the positive impact is with them, and if this is a good investment?
I also am wondering if anyone has ever received feedback from patients who received these.
