Thanks to you all for sharing your experiences. We once had Yammer, but our technology partner has made that an obsolete option. Too bad, b/c many had adapted to using that tool. I love the coffee break idea!

We're looking into starting a private group on social media for staff to connect while they are more scattered — some working from home, some on furlough — during the pandemic. I am interested in any advice or experience you can share with launching and running such a group. I know that we will probably go with Facebook, but are there others we should consider?
Thanks much. Hope you all are doing well and hanging in there.
We have a smallish team of 5-6 people who need access to photo files for a variety of uses. We have used a number of storage methods to date — from secure PC drives to Dropbox, Google and external drives. We think there must be something that would be easy for everyone to access, where we could not just organize but tag and search our images. Dropbox seems very clunky at best with this application. Google, possibly as well. I'm not opposed to spending a little if it's a good solution. Thank you!
