I'd like to learn how others follow up on negative online reviews. We believe it's important to respond to the reviews but we want to standardize our response with best practices. How are negative reviews routed through your organization? How do you close the loop within your organization to insure service recovery? Who is held accountable for acting on the review (by contacting patient, etc.)? Eager to hear your experiences and suggestions. Thanks!
