We currently use a facebook group that is closed to our ICU staff. Staff are able to utilize this group to coordinate schedule switches/PTO coverage. In addition, leadership conducts facebook lives to keep staff informed about the latest information. We post educational opportunities, coordinate wellness events, and also give out kudos to peers. It is used by 80% of our staff (we have almost 200 staff) and it has been a great way to keep everyone engage and provide information quickly.
