Hello Lee,

I have a few questions that I will split up. Your insight on them would be greatly appreciated.

1. How can teams best present (to the CFO) the need for a budget for comprehensive digital and social media tools to be effective and successful.

2. Does Mayo Clinic have any case study materials (time, cost, resources etc.) about the great work they have done to be the leaders in Healthcare Social Media for health systems who want to launch similar programs.

3. What foreseeable disruption do you see coming into the Healthcare Industry by way of digital and social media applications or devices.

We created a matrix with our Marketing team to send them to the accounts we dedicated one of our recruiters to use and follow up with them through that method. On certain days you get an influx of messages but nothing that was overwhelming. You will see spikes around hire event days or special events. For the when will we hear back have a tag line included in the messaging that speaks to the communication timeline. We also made a jobs hotline that they could call and leave a message for outside of business hours.

Another question to pose is along with posting frequency is Social Media Ambassadors, and what role they may play in garnering more engagement. Do you have staff or brand loyalist who would comment on the posts share ect to boost the initial posts to help with the algorithm? Has anyone tried or is doing this along with the paid or non paid post engagement strategy? I have been working to implement this within our ranks but no official team or study has been conducted. Hopefully soon I can get something together and share the results.

I have been using Facebook for job postings since 2016, and they have come a long way. My last Health system had its own dedicated Careers page and we ran up to 60k in FB ads for events and HTF positions Clinical and non clinical. This was before the FB jobs feature. We had great results. My current Health system does not have a dedicated jobs page but we do post the Hiring events to the page and run targeted ads which adds exposure. We are currently using Career Arc which will post jobs in Facebook( through a dedicated jobs tab on the main FB page) Twitter and LinkedIn. @hackensackmeridianhealth What is the plugin that your team use?
