You probably agree that it can be nearly impossible to predict which tweet or video or meme might go viral. Often, it feels like virality is just completely random.

Thanks for sharing @MarieEnnisOConnor. What do your clients find most interesting about the research?

Oh I don’t mention it to them 😉 If they hear the word viral, they expect too much! I use the study in my teaching and writing though to discuss what kind of content evoke emotional responses
