Why couldn’t I have been the one who discovered that KFC follows 11 people (11 Herbs and Spices) on Twitter!?

In all seriousness, I think the witty approachability of these restaurants on Twitter is great for their brands, and we can all learn something from them.

  1. Acknowledging and engaging your competitors can actually help you stand out.
  2. Social customer care is an opportunity ripe for the taking.
  3. Social media can be an avid extension of your brand.
