Twitter Offers Up a 122-Page Playbook for Customer Service

Nearly 80% of customer service questions posed to brands on social media happen on Twitter. Problem is, studies show just 30% of those questions are actually answered. Twitter has developed a 122-page playbook to help brands (hospitals) improve the way they approach customer service.
