“We know that there are still millions of people dying from preventable causes in rural communities around the world,” Panjabi said at TED 2017.
“What we also know is that if we trained an army of health care workers to learn even just 30 life-saving skills, we could save the lives of 30 million people by 2030 . . . If we can help these countries scale, we could save millions of lives, and at the same time, we could create millions of jobs.”
