NYU Langone finds redesigning bills helped reduce patient complaints

I can not resist posting this article if just for the sake to show that it really IS possible to create a bill that patients understand. The proof is a 10% decrease in patient call volume, but how about the decrease in blank looks, headaches, confusion, anxiety, and angry Facebook comments.
