With continuing to build UMC’s social media one of my biggest goals for early 2017 is to have a “plan of action” in place for when a disaster may strike.
I’d love to know other hospitals take on this. What type of things did you consider? Do you have a drafted word document “Social Media Disaster Plan” and meet with Admins on this?
