If this, then that: A beginner's guide to the wonderful world of IFTTT

Posted by @DanHinmon, Aug 1, 2016

If you’re new to the IFTTT concept, here’s a brief description:

IFTTT is an easy way to automate tasks that might otherwise be repetitive or unable to talk to each other. It works like this: users are guided through a process to make simple scripts, aka “recipes,” where some type of event in one device or service automatically triggers an action in another.

Good news – you don’t have to be a programmer to create a recipe.

If you want to dive into IFTTT, this is a good article to start.

Are you using IFTTT? What can you share about it?
