How We Generated 1 Million Facebook Video Views: A HubSpot Experiment

When HubSpot changed their focus from lead generation to creating content focused on what their audience wanted to learn, what their goals were, and even what struggles they faced, their video views jumped from 50,000 to 1 million a month in just one month.

This article explains how they approached their test and gives specific advice on topics, design, and video sizes.

One interesting take-away: “When we post Facebook videos with a 1:1 aspect ratio, the video takes up 78% more space on the mobile News Feed — and it takes up more space when the viewer clicks to watch it, too.”
