Big news today! Facebook is changing its algorithm to show more “meaningful content that inspires discussion between friends and family.”

The big takeaway for businesses: inspire discussion!

Zuckerberg’s post offered that certain kinds of content, like live videos and interviews with celebrities, were the kind of content that inspired friends and family to engage in discussion.

Pages whose posts prompt conversations between friends will see less of an effect.
