Don’t Interrupt Me! How to Engage Your Customers Without Annoying Them

How can you tell when your messages (posts, tweets, emails, videos, images) are irritating your patients and their families? How much is too much? How do you identify “relevant” information?

This post has some tips. One example: “It’s important to educate your customer. However, don’t overload your audience with too much information at once.”
