California fines Anthem $415,000 for not addressing consumer complaint

This week in a phone conversation with a few of our community members they mentioned that they are spending more and more time with social media service recovery. It looks like Anthem missed that memo and is paying a big price.

How is service recovery / answering consumer complaints impacting your work day? Have you seen increases in the last year? How are you managing it?
