Thanks for an interesting post! @audreylaine There are some good stats in here. After reading them it is amazing for me to think about some brands, which still think of social media as an unnecessary fad for their business. They need to see the stat on 50% following a brand to learn about their new products! I agree with your employee comment a lot, too, @matthewrehrl
