Planning out a March launch for our Instagram page. It'll be interesting to see how it goes!

Interesting article. Organic growth on all platforms is so challenging and will likely only get more so as profit pressure increases on the hosts.
The only reaction I had to the article was that #2, tagging folks, can also be very irritating (at least to me) if I am not directly involved in, or following the post topic. Having someone simply tag dozens of folks in an Instagram post for attention and 'likes' alone more often than not leads me to remove my tag and quit following them rather than increasing my attention. Just me — and with only 900+ followers I am tiny on Instagram.

I skimmed right over #2 as 'inappropriate' for my hospital/business. And I hadn't even considered what the tag-ee would think. Thank you for that input.
I'm finding our instagram followers are generally younger employees and a few unique followers based on a specific service line i.e. bariatrics.
