Webinar: Online Reputation Management

Posted by Janet Kennedy @jkennedy93, Oct 3, 2016

Are you concerned about online reputation management? This Wednesday, Oct 5th Carol Bush (@TheSocialNurse) and I are delivering a free webinar on taking charge of your online reputation. We’ll cover the basics but also give practical advice on how to positively impact your online reputation. The content will be known to a lot of you but if you have new members of staff or HCPs that need to learn about this topic, feel free to share the registration link.

It’s a free webinar. Register here: https://expertise.tv/webinar/online-reputation-management-for-healthcare-2016-10-05/landing/1398?ac=26bb239ce662

We plan to talk about a few of the more reasonable price Reputation review programs (not Reputation.com) and we’d love to hear what you are using! Please share your recommendatons here or email me at janet@getsocialhealth.com

Thanks, Mayo Hive Mind!

I am doing a side-by-side comparison with Reputation.com and & Birdeye.com. Both seem to be pretty much the same thing, but I am finding that Birdeye cleaner, easier to use, and has some better features.

Looking forward to the webinar!

Hi Janet –

We are currently using two companies ReviewTrackers and Empathiq.
(http://www.reviewtrackers.com/ & https://empathiq.io/).

Right now, we are using two because our group just merged with OrthoVirginia and we are in the process of putting all of our doctors and locations from ReviewTrackers onto the Empathiq account with OrthoVirginia.

We loved ReviewTrackers but Empathiq did more behind the scenes, which was enough to switch us over!

I’m hoping to be able to make the webinar!

The replay link is up if anyone wants to view the webinar.

@jkennedy93 Would you be able to email (or share here) the slides you were using or if not, the slides with the statistics?

Great webinar!

Thanks, Sarah! I’d be happy to send you the slides (although they don’t have my sources). Is there a stat or two you would like to have the original source?

REPLY

The two stat slides I am interested in for sources is – the what patients are looking for pie chart and the age groups chart. My email is sblanchard@advancedortho.me!

Thank you so much!
