Posts on Google

Curious if anyone has realized success with "Posts on Google." If so, what types of posts work best? And what successes have you seen? And, what (if any) impact did it have on SEO?

I've done some Google posts because I was curious to see how well they would do and just test the waters. So far, I've been using evergreen-type content. Our six posts averaged 440 views each, but there were only 6 clicks through to our site (overall). When "Grow with Google" came to Wichita, Kansas, they recommended doing these posts. We're a small staff here, but I am hoping to experiment a little more. Here are our examples: https://www.google.com/search?q=ku+school+of+medicine+wichita&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1-ab#lpstate=pid:-1,av

Awesome to hear, particularly on the recommendation of "Grow with Google." We're sort of considering the same thing – more evergreen and very strategic posts vs. more of everything. cc @kristagregg
