Multi-factor authentication for social media accounts within your org

What are you doing for MFA for your social media accounts to allow for others in your org to access accounts in the case of crisis or issues management and you're not available?

I don't have a company phone, so the recovery phone number is my personal number. We can set up a general email for the accounts ie social@myorg.org.

I feel like there's an easy answer here I'm missing. Skip MFA altogether? HELP!

Man, that is a good one… honestly I like where you are headed with the email. That is good to do anyway so the organization can access the account. I would set up the general email and have it go to several folks in different areas so a diversity of people will get the email and could help.
