#MayoRagan: Communicate in a crisis to inform employees, the public and media

Almost one year ago, Superstorm Sandy hit the East Coast, flooding streets, subway lines and cutting power in and around New York City. Just a few months ago, terrorist bombs exploded as runners crossed the finish line at the Boston Marathon. When the unexpected happens, you must be prepared with a crisis communications plan. In this special keynote panel, you will hear from health care communicators who have dealt with crises first-hand.
