MCSMN Annual Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities

For the second year in a row, we are offering sponsorship and exhibitor packages for the annual conference October 22 - 23 in Rochester, MN. We are looking for the right kind of partners to showcase their expertise, tools, or solutions to enhance the conference experience for attendees.

EXHIBITION BOOTH PACKAGE

Investment $3,250

Trade Exhibition
  • Opportunity to display in the exhibition area for the event
  • One 6’ x 30” table, tablecloth, chair
  • Electrical outlet available ($500 additional)
Logos and Promotional Paragraph
  • Corporate logo and website link on conference website
  • Corporate logo to appear in the conference program
Conference Attendance
  • Two full registrations to the conference

NETWORKING RECEPTION SPONSOR

Investment $5,500

Signage and Acknowledgements
  • Corporate signage (one pull-up banner) prominently displayed at the event (to be supplied by the sponsor)
  • Corporate logo, promotional paragraph (100 words) and website link on the conference website
  • Ad in the conference program
  • Verbal acknowledgment at event
  • Flyer (up to 8.5x11”) insert in swag bag
Conference Attendance
  • Two full registrations to the conference

LUNCH SPONSORS (2)

Investment $3,500

Signage and Acknowledgements
  • Corporate signage (one pull up banner) prominently displayed at the event (to be supplied by the sponsor)
  • Corporate logo on title slide before lunch
  • Corporate logo in the conference program
  • Verbal acknowledgment during lunch
  • Flyer (up to 8.5x11”) insert in swag bag
Conference Attendance
  • Two full registrations to the conference

SPONSORSHIP CONDITIONS

  • Acceptance of offer is by completion of the Sponsorship Agreement Form.
  • 50% of total required on booking.
  • Remainder is required by September 15, 2019 (special arrangements can be made).
  • Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to September 15, 2019.
  • 50% of total will apply as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after September 15, 2019 will receive no refund.
