New #MCSMN Bronze Fellow: Angela Fritsche

By Audrey Laine Seymour, Senior Communications Specialist

MCSMN Badge BronzeCongratulations to Angela (Angie) Fritsche, Senior Program Coordinator in the Division of Nursing Research at Mayo Clinic, on becoming a Bronze Fellow!

Angie participated in our December Social Media Residency and then crafted a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the social media presence of individuals within Nursing Research and thereby raising awareness of Nursing Research as a career path among nurse scientists and Ph.D. students.

See Angie's Bronze Fellowship submission.

Angie developed a strategy to use Hootsuite and individuals' Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for a blanket approach to amplify the voice of Nursing Research staff members. Using their personal accounts, as well as YouTube and Mayo Clinic's Facebook Page, the team will share key messages to targeted audiences.

Please join us in welcoming Angie to the Bronze Fellow circle!

The #MCSMN Social Media Fellows program builds on our Social Media Residency program and provides a structured path and guidance for developing and executing social media plans for health-related purposes.
