Last week the Mayo Clinic Social Media Network Residency and Annual Conference was held 11/13-11/15. I am pulling Twitter metrics of the #MCSMN hashtag including one day before and one day after.
As a reminder, if you register your health care event hashtag on Symplur in advance, you are able to pull a transcript of the tweets, as well as a clean summary of take-aways, such as below.
There is also a timeline breakdown available on Symplur. Interestingly, the most popular day on Twitter was not our opening conference day, but rather, the second day of the conference.
I am supplementing this data with Sprinklr Listening insights below.
From the topic cluster above, it appears Dr. Alfredo Quinones-Hinojosa's and Susannah Fox' keynotes led the pack in terms of conversation.
The tweet that received the most likes was here (72 likes). (Background: Audrey Laine is on the MCSMN team and was unable to attend the conference due to having these two precious twins.)
The most retweeted tweet was here (20 retweets).
P.S. Bonus: While the above summary focuses on the Twitter metrics, I felt this Instagram post was worth noting, as it received over 100 likes (more than any of the tweets)!
