For the first time ever, we are offering sponsorship and exhibitor packages for the annual conference. We are looking for the right kind of partners to showcase their expertise, tools, or solutions to enhance the conference experience for attendees.

EXHIBITION BOOTH PACKAGE

Investment $3,250

Trade Exhibition
  • Opportunity to display in the exhibition area for the event
  • One 6’ x 30” table, tablecloth, chair
  • Electrical outlet available ($500 additional)
Logos and Promotional Paragraph
  • Corporate logo and website link on conference website
  • Corporate logo to appear in the conference program
Conference Attendance
  • Two full registrations to the conference

NETWORKING RECEPTION

Investment $5,500

Signage and Acknowledgements
  • Corporate signage (one pull-up banner) prominently displayed at the event (to be supplied by the sponsor)
  • Corporate logo, promotional paragraph (100 words) and website link on the conference website
  • Ad in the conference program
  • Verbal acknowledgment at event
  • Flyer (up to 8.5x11”) insert in swag bag
Conference Attendance
  • Two full registrations to the conference

WELCOME RECEPTION

Investment $4,850

Signage and Acknowledgements
  • Corporate signage (one pull up banner) prominently displayed at the event (to be supplied by the sponsor)
  • Corporate logo on presentation title slide
  • Corporate logo, promotional paragraph (100 words) and website link on the conference website
  • Ad in the conference program

Conference Attendance

LUNCH

Investment $3,500

Signage and Acknowledgements
  • Corporate signage (one pull up banner) prominently displayed at the event (to be supplied by the sponsor)
  • Corporate logo on title slide before lunch
  • Corporate logo in the conference program
  • Verbal acknowledgment during lunch
  • Flyer (up to 8.5x11”) insert in swag bag
Conference Attendance
  • Two full registrations to the conference

SPONSORSHIP CONDITIONS

  • Acceptance of offer is by completion of the Sponsorship Agreement Form.
  • 50% of total required on booking.
  • Remainder is required by October 1, 2018 (special arrangements can be made).
  • Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to October 1, 2018.
  • 50% of total will apply as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after October 1, 2018 will receive no refund.
