Member Conference Call: Responding to Facebook Reviews

A recent Mayo Clinic Social Media Network (MCSMN) discussion about responding to Facebook reviews generated lots of comments. Kristen Mees, communications coordinator at St. Elizabeth Healthcare (Kentucky), started the ball rolling and is willing to continue sharing on a member conference call. 

Kristen will take the first 10 minutes to explain her approach, then we’ll open the call to Q&As, other ideas, and brainstorming.
